An interaction of Executive Director Shri Abhay Kumar Samaiyar and Senior Officials of NTPC Unchahar with the newly inducted 27 Executive Trainees 2022 Batch-II was held on 6th May 2023 in NTPC Unchahar.

Shri Samaiyar briefed about NTPC and its growth story of becoming a 72304 MW company and still growing strong and shared his knowledge, experience, and wisdom to the young executive trainees.

He spoke elaborately on NTPC work culture, work-life balance, teamwork, updating professional knowledge, and working passionately for a successful career and happy life.

GM (O&M) Shri GK Jana, GM (FM) Shri KD Yadav, GM (HR & NTPC Safety Academy) Shri AK Dang, GM (TS) Shri Sanjeev Mahajan and GM (Opr) Shri Rajesh Kumar interacted with the young engineers and encouraged them to work sincerely and with dedication to take NTPC to new heights.
